Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags intact and original packaging preserved to qualify for a successful pickup.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect the digital acknowledgment receipt.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your exchange will be dispatched or your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
